_The design concept for Terminal consists of a footbridge at 9 m high, which in addition to being at the service station, acts like a link between the city and its park, to be an integral part of the daily life of the community local. The interior of the “railway bridge” was designed with separate areas integrated with each other, made up of a core group that contains staff offices, equipment rooms, and ticket services; a central part with waiting room – welcome and information, and a final core dedicated to a food plaza and stores. Access to the terminal is at its ends by means of vertical links, consist of groups stairs and elevators, placed one in a green area, and the other in the new green park’s external square. The creation of the new railway terminal is an excellent opportunity to connect this area with the rest of the city and projecting it virtually to places currently away, thanks to the function inherent in the nature of the new rail system. The project gives a great importance to the surrounding green, trying to preserve and at the same time enhancing the elements of nature, through paths studied and immersed in the green nature, with a green bridge that links the pedestrians and bicycle with the rest of the city of Parnu and with a system of spaces for recreational activities such as skateboarding, parkour, bike and boat dock on the river.
