1. Demolition of affected sections of ceramic cladding, stairwells with load-bearing walls, and service towers at the ends of the bleachers. 2. Reinforcement of the pile caps of piles in the foundation with a beam secured to the existing strapping, fastening with metal crosses of the pillars of the facade sections operated. 3. New stairs inside the ends of the stands, resolving the issues raised by the various foundations and structures. 4. Replacing the ceramic enclosure by a double aluminum layer, capable of deforming and wrinkling when there are new building movements. At the high level the aluminium is changed for a polyglass surface that illuminates with northlight the whole interior of the sporthall 5. Trust in the culture of use and the know how for taking care of things. In the book of instructions for use and maintenance, these observations are collected as “modus operandum”, being aware that the building is not a final image but a living structure involved in long time process.
