The proposal is located in the 36 ensanche de Vallecas villa, in an area of new urban creation, where the spatial framework of the historical city is non-existent, and where architecture should not evade its ability to create “place”. Thus the building formally shows overwhelming, trying to create, through its expressive qualities, well defined and recognizable environments that weave the new city. Front of the typology of Apple closed, suggested by the existing regulations, is intended to a growing dissolution of built block and a maximum permeability between the common spaces and the space of the city. Thus the building becomes fragmented into large blocks, esponjados in their meetings by important hollows opened and connected with vertical connections and common areas.
