IMAGINE A LANDSCAPE_looking: Give back to Pesaro this part of the city, creating public areas that look at the seafront and Monte San Bartolo’s skyline. The entrance to the area as a big platform formed by rooftop gardens and pools. They can be private or public depending on real demand. The only building of this area it’s the sport centre.

PUBLIC LIVING_stay: A square that contains and synthetize the quality elements of the site: the forest, the leisure square and the waterfront pools. The centre of the social life expressed through these different elements of the landscape.

DESIGN LANDSCAPE_seafront: A modular multifunctional building that create a new waterfront. Connect the roof to the ground, connect the front to the horizon. An open space as an ancient Arsenale, used for exhibitions, co-working spaces of naval industry.
