ORGANIZATION IN LOTS-TEXTURE CATALOG_not only is tried to keep the character, numbering signage and industrial sections of the building that recall the different workstations or departments of the old store, but we emphasize that character fragmenting the building into cross dependencies. In this way we obtain a conceptual clarity and a very simple organization of the program. The floor is used as an exhibition itself. Using different textures and finishes creating a mosaic of sample Lafarge concrete products.

OPENING UP TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE MARKET (SHOWCASE) _The new openings and internal connections allow the expansion of space by adjacent buildings or outdoor spaces, giving continuity to the program and opening it to the outside environment and the market.

CENTRAL AREA-FLEXIBILITY_It is the larger and most monumental space of the building. An open space to host a variety of programs and large numbers of people. This space is which adapts to different programs, completed with adjacent buildings both in the exterior and the interior. It is a multifunctional space that highlights the balance between the value and the historical role of the building and the innovation in constructive solutions.
