Chilling out, eating, entertaining friends. In a three floor building, where each floor is 20sqm (215 sqFt), every task has its own floor. The building position has determined the architectural design: the home is placed between other buildings inside the historical center of the town and the chance to gain a lot of natural light supply has been accomplished. The first floor belongs to the living room where the owner could enjoy at best the natural light and views with the company of friends. The basement houses the bathroom and bedroom as the rooms which needs the least light supply. On the ground floor there is the dining room. Here, an island kitchen with a non moving table built on a side is placed in the middle of the space and allows the big windows on the free sides to access the most natural light possible. In a home of this size, the stairs become the central theme of living, making a really important connection between the three levels that strongly connote space, giving it voice.
