The Liberty Technological park sees the reconversion of the former Libertatea furniture factory and its extension to shape a new city neighborhood. The roads surrounding the existing buildings are connected to new underground parking while the ground floor is destined to pedestrians with a green court at the center of the complex. The old buildings are renovated and united by porticoes and a glazed gallery. The new office buildings act as a visual filter between the court and a new landscaped park along the river running on the north side of the site. They have three floors with a flexible open space that can be adapted to open and enclosed offices as well as for small manufacturing.
