This intervention is designed for an art exhibition about the works of a master of Italian art, architecture and design, the award-winning Prof. Arch. Riccardo Dalisi. The project is, in a sense, the avant-garde of the same Dalisi, reconnecting to his theories on the “ultra-poor design”, where simplicity, material recovery, and syntheticism both representative and communicative, are the result of that theory. The object’s project was made with recycled materials, properly cut and shaped (they are aluminum panels salvaged from some packaging for shipments), and made adaptable for future and further application. Moreover, this modularity makes them usable in different ways and with different functions, like shelf or simple base, even as a library.
