The project is located in The Poseidon Nautical Club at Pucusana, Lima, over a 529.15sqm plot. The proposal contemplates the development of a two floor single family beach house. The house entry is at street level where there are two parking spots. Downstairs, the first floor is found. The first floor is composed by the service area (the helper´s room and bathroom and laundry), the lobby, theguest’s bathroom, the living room, the dining room anda full equipped kitchen with a pantry. At the terrace, are the pool, a Jacuzzi and the barbeque area. A “U” shape stairs connects the first floor with the second floor of the house. In here you arrive to a corridor which distributes to a family room with a balcony and to the other bedrooms in the house.
