The project is the construction of the park, cultural, the backbone of the entire environmental and social redevelopment of the area through the creation of a system at different altitudes, that shape the physical and visual connection between the area towers, equipped for accessibility, and the area was built to be upstream of the road that separates the walls of the historic city from the project area.

Particular attention was paid to the need to develop a new front that runs along the entire edge of the area, becoming a new fence. The strips equipped, formed by the buildings of the project are thus partially interrupted only by the jump altitude.

The coastal part is upgraded through the use of naturalistic engineering and environmental recovery, but also thanks to the architecture design and detachable light with low environmental impact: the cabins and facilities for bathing and are made of bio-ecological materials. The cultural park contains all the equipment and services project tree, small museum, library, residences. The residences on the ground floor, to the square of shops is expected to sell handicrafts or food, especially products that mark the recovery of memories and local identities, often dispersed or hidden by the invasive and messy activities dell’indiscriminata linked to illegal urban expansion.
