The proposal seeks to adapt the implementation of the building with topography accused of the plot, taking advantage of the solution terraced to create different semi-outdoor spaces that intensify the existing vegetation (pinos-encinas) in relation to the new built object space values. Housing disintegrates into two separate units, creating a field of housing and a professional Studio. Formally manifested in multi-volume splayed open to existing foreign centuries-old oak trees. These units are materialized with the basic dialog of two materials: granite amarello exposed walls and ventilated facades of Kumaru wooden guarded walls, generating constructive solidity and warmth of dwelling desired contrast.
