The concept is to create a simple and cheap house with some interesting shape movement: the idea of splitting the walls of 24° gives the chance to create interesting views and corners. The plan is designed to offer the max space enjoyment and the simplest structural solution.

A large and massive wood and steel deck embrace the outside activities. On the roof lies a green grass carpet to protect the house from the sun radiation and also to collect the rain water for re-use.

The difference between the living area and the night area is evidenced by different height of the floors (4 steps to the living area). Also the external design reminds this internal areas difference with a black steel stripe which goes all around and incorporate the shutters movement elements (modular dimension of 75 cm except the bathroom’s one and the entrance door one) and it’s repeated on the top, to delimitate the terrace roof area. Orientation north/south guarantees a perfect illumination and a correct solar exposition.
