We considered the new winery addition within its territorial context, trying to provide with the project a new key of lecture of the whole area.

The new area, granting the industrial process efficiency and continuity, will be organized on two floors: the upper one will be used to receive the visitors and students with educational-recreational activities, whereas the lower one – completely glazed and reachable by means of a wide stairway – will show to the visitors the several phases of the wine production chain.
